Here I’ve shared recipes I’ve been making for years but it’s also where I’ve learned to make new things. Many of them I ate at the temple but only learnt to make as an adult. I’ve also had a chance to learn more about Indian food and some of the differences between regional cuisines.
Every Sunday I do a batch to keep me going for a few days during the working week. This is usually inspired by the lunches we ate at the temple – rice, dal, several veg dishes and bread, although I must admit I don’t make chapatis very often.
